Hi, I’m Priya

I grew up in northeast Calgary and started in real estate after buying my own first home and seeing how confusing it can be.

Today I work with a small team and a long list of trusted inspectors, lenders and trades, so you always have someone to call.

Every client gets a written plan in the first week: what we are doing, when, and what it costs. No surprises.

I take on a limited number of clients at a time so I can be there for showings, inspections and the nervous phone calls the night before possession.
